Service terms

We provide comprehensive language solutions to meet your diverse needs. Our professional services extend beyond translation and encompass copywriting and SEO as well. Whether you require translation services for personal or business purposes, we have you covered.

Payment and refunds

You can place an order by using the Contact Us form.

After you have placed an order, our manager will contact you to clarify the order details and issue an invoice. The price of the translation service depends on various factors, including the number of words to be translated, the language used for the translation, the deadlines, and the type of translation required. The default currency is GBP, but invoices can also be issued in other currencies (USD, EUR, AUD, etc.)

Once the payment is successfully processed, your order will be confirmed, and our team will begin working on your translation project. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and any further instructions if necessary.
Upon completion of the translation, the final document will be transmitted via email to the email address used for communication during the order clarification process.

To initiate a refund request, kindly send an email to our E-mail, providing a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Please note that we will not provide refunds in the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the translation.

Refunds will only be granted if there are errors on our part, such as if you receive a translation that differs significantly from what was expected as a result of a technical malfunction.

Turnaround time

We understand the importance of timely delivery for your translation needs. The estimated delivery time for our translation projects is typically based on the complexity and length of the content. As a general guideline:

Simple documents (up to 2,000 words): 24-48 hours

Moderate documents (2,000-5,000 words): 2-4 business days

Complex documents (5,000-10,000 words): 4-7 business days

Very complex documents (10,000+ words): 7-14 business days

It’s important to note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on the complexity of the document and the language pair involved. If you require faster turnaround times, please get in touch with us to discuss our Rush Service options.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all documents and information provided by you. We will not disclose any information about your translation project to third parties without your prior consent.

Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may result from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Modification of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to the users. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that they understand and agree to the most current version. By continuing to use our services after any modifications to these terms and conditions have been made, the user agrees to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

Working with us as a translator

We are currently accepting applications for open positions, and we invite you to apply today.

To begin the application process, please fill out a request form on our Contact Us page or send an email to the provided address, selecting “For Translators” in the services section. In your message, please specify the languages and preferred fields for which you are qualified to translate.

Upon receipt of your application, our managers will send you a test assignment to evaluate your translation skills. If you are approved for the position, you will be provided with access to a personal account on our website, where you will need to pass a verification procedure in accordance with our Company KYC/AML policy in order to receive remuneration for your translation work.

Payment for the translators

We offer multiple payment methods to our translators. To be eligible for payment, you must have completed and delivered the translation work assigned to you, which has been approved by our quality assurance team. The payment will be made according to the payment schedule chosen by you in your account preferences. Prior to payment, we will inform you of any transaction fees that may be imposed. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may occur during the payment process, including incorrect account information, technical issues, or fraudulent transactions.

In case of a payment dispute raised by a client, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and deduct the relevant amount from your account balance. If such a dispute arises, we will inform you and give you the opportunity to address it. By using our payment system, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our payment services without prior notice.

To become a translator on our platform, you must first apply and agree to our terms and conditions. Upon approval, you will be able to view and accept translation assignments, which will be reviewed and evaluated by our team before payment is processed.

When setting the payment for your translation services, you will have the option to choose from multiple currencies, including but not limited to GBP, EUR, and USD. Please be aware that exchange rates may fluctuate, and transaction fees may apply. We reserve the right to update the list of accepted currencies at any time without prior notice. By choosing a supported currency, you acknowledge and accept any potential exchange rate fluctuations and associated fees that may occur during the transaction.

By accepting translation assignments and receiving payments through our payment system, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all other policies of our platform. We value our translators and strive to ensure timely and secure payment delivery for all completed assignments.
